Commission Form

Hello, and thanks for placing a small sculpture commission order! This form is a place for you to give me a sense of what you’re looking for in a commission from me. Please answer with as much or as little as you can to make sure we’re both in agreement in terms of expectations.

As mentioned in the commission listing, as the artist I need to follow a similar way of working in my process and keep the integrity of my style even with commissions. The sculptures I create will make references to the custom ‘likeness’ you’d like in the work e.g hair colour, skin tone, body shape, furniture colouring, but my aim isn’t to be hyper realistic.
